Sorry for the delay, it was so cold even the internet wouldn't work! Back up now. Yes, seems to be RA1, as it has a faint but long DC down through the O in one, through the E in cents and down throught the 8 in the date. But the obverse, none of the letters appear repunched, the R in Gratia is open at the top, but the other letters appear perfect. There is a tiny DC going to the T in Victoria, and another at the G in regina. Thanks for the great info guys!
