Re: US auctions, autioneers and grades assigned by auctioneers

Say it once I will say it again.............................when it comes to coins,know exactly who you are buying from and exactly what you are buying. There is no Santa in numismatics but there sure are shall we say less than reputable dealers auctioneers etc. who are just licking their collective chops to part optimistic collectors from their cash! YQQ I would say you are lucky to be getting a refund in this case.
