Re: 1892 C2 education question

As I said the photos could be better. I think the one posted by nybirdy is missing the serif.

The other possibility is that nybirdy's is from the full serif N die and the serif on the D in CANADA was obscured by a filled die, but I doubt it. I have six or eight from this die and none have a filled serif on the D.

Ed - let us know when you get it.

Dies & Diadems describes the differences between these two dies and how they happened.
