Re: Apostrophe on Obv. 1

I had thought I was making a clever observation using this characteristic to determine Obv.1 from Obv.1a for the 1882 cent......all I needed to do was refer to Rob's book and within lay the answer, indeed this marking ( apostrophe ) is exclusive to the Obv. 1, sorry for wasting your time.
