It would help matters considerably if you removed all the dirt and rephotographed, especially the Loop 7 area. At first glance, though, it does appear to have Loop 7 intact. In my research there is but a single die with loop 7 repaired, which I call L1 (Group L, reverse die 1). In this die the gap was somewhat unevenly closed, giving an effect not nearly as pleasing as Wyon's original. In its waning days (or hours) this die cracked, so there are some other markers besides Loop 7.
