1815 Magdalen Island token

OK I'm kinda new to Canadian copper and I'm having a lot of fun with the large cents so I suppose the colonial tokens are a natural progression, In any event I was at a show yesterday and a fellow showed me this token and wanted to know what I would give him for it. I looked it up in the book and offered 40.00-50.00 it seems interesting but it is pretty low grade.. the fellow told me it's a 200.00 token all day long. I try to be fair and told him I'd have somebody look at it and pay him accordingly. You guys are the best source of information I know.... what's fair? http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj56/jfoot13/0221.jpg
