Thanks for that link. I had never heard this explanation before, and simply described it as a "blundered I" - now I will have to check, but I am pretty confident there are at least 2 known positions of this on the 20c piece. I don't recall where it is on mine. There are some 5c examples - though very scarce. I have never seen the blundering of a different letter, and only on the 1858 dates. Likewise, I have never seen this on the 1c piece.

I would have bid against you for that one, had I known it was available. Good find.
