Thanks, Alain. As you know, my first two volumes did not include the N9 cents, but Jim Haxby pointed this one out to me several months ago. One more thing to add to the second edition.

It seems that for a short while in March 1859 that the mint was striking 1858, W9/8, and 1859 cents all at the same time.
