1946 Five Cent?

Here's a 1946 double dated five cent coin and as can be seen in the pictures to follow it has the legend on both the rev. & obv. doubled also. Is this the way it is on all double dated coins from 1946? I also have a 1947 Dot 5 cent coin that has similar legend doubling, is this common for the 47 Dot? TIA

Reverse Picture
