Re: How about an ICCS Registry..??
ICCS pop report is out to lunch. Too many cut out resubmits to have ANY use at all. I watched at last Torex as 2 individuals bought ICCS coins (old holders) sat out in the lobby...cut them out then walked back into bourse and resubmit them to ICCS....was actually comical to watch....Gradeflation at its finest! The webmaster of another coin website has stated that there is a member of his coin club(in Alta) who will cut out ICCs coins let you resubmit.....if it comes back lower...he will put it back in original holder.....Some fun Huh Bambi!
