Given that yours has die cracks at the C in CANADA and in DEI, then things point to a later die state of O2X-S2. On yours the faint DC at N in REGINA must have been lost to a filled die or strike issues.
I have attached a photo of the obverse from the book. The DC at the A of CANADA is clearly seen. The weak DC across the top of the N in REGINA shows faintly. Mine has no DC's at the C or at DEI.
The E in REGINA was badly re-punched with a rotational offset.
