1859 low 9 Double Punched G in Regina

I have a 1859, very low 9, with a double punched G in Regina. It is also missing two stems on the reverse at about 5 & 6 O'clock positions. The grade EF or better with some original luster. Is there a proper way to identify this piece and whats it worth? Thanks again for the assistance. Ron
