So what I don't understand, is why does the 6 coin set all use the number "1" instead of the word "one"

while apparently there is a silver dollar sold with the "one" (essentially the same reverse as the original 1911 silver dollar sans double date) but has the current queen portrait on the back.

At least the gateway site shows it as such.

So why the changing of 'one' to 1?
