Re: 1982 Canadian 5 cent coin
I had one of these pieces which I passed on to another collector. PCGS didn't know what it was. The collector who received it is convinced it is a mixing problem. I believe he said this problem existed for a number of years in the mid-80s, and he had a number of examples. My old one was slightly darker than your photo.
