Charlton & more

Just got my 2012 Charlton. GREAT improvement with the paper quality. Have yet to really peruse it.

I noted the 1883H 5c obverse 4 is listed as 2 known. Well - toss a third in the mix from today's mail. Now if I can find a high grade example............ I feel confident there will be more found and while mine is only in the VG to F range, it will likely go to Brian or Louis for certification.
