PROOF-LIKE COINS

EBAY has many coins that come from proof-like sets, and the asking prices vary considerably. For example, my Charlton Standard catalogue 2011 for a 1988 loon dollar shows values for MS64 to 66 circulation coins, MS65 to 67 uncirculated coins, then SP66 and 67, and PR67 and 68. MY question is - which of these grades, if any, would be closest to a proof-like mint-sealed loon from a proof-like RCM set? Any help would be appreciated.
