The Auction room is called the "Rain Dance Room" - "Signal room" in the diagram (792 Sq. Ft.) and the Auction Lot Viewing room is called "The Windsong Room" - "Compass Room" in the diagram (500 sq ft). They are both located on the 4th Floor.

The Admiral's Ballroom (3,146 Sq. Ft.) is located on the 3rd Floor. (Novotel's Champagne Ballroom is 2,500 Sq. Ft.)

Lots of underground parking is available and there is public transportation at the hotel's doorstep.
