Torex® - Canada's National Coin Show! 2005 is the 43rd Year of Torex®, Canada's longest running and most popular collectors' show (since 1962) held three times annually in downtown Toronto.

The much-awaited two-day winter Torex® Coin Show will open to the general public at 10am on Saturday, February 26, 2005 and continues through Sunday February 27, 2005 at the Radisson Admiral Hotel - Toronto Harbourfront. The February 2005 auction will be conducted in three sessions, beginning on Thursday February 24th.

The Torex® Coin Show plays host to over 40 of Canada's finest coin dealers in Canadian, ancient and foreign coins, paper money, militaria, reference books & hobby supplies. Torex® is the best place buy, sell, & trade your coins, ask questions relating to numismatics, join a coin club, and meet other budding numismatic enthusiasts. There will be thousands of interesting coins on display and for sale. Charles Moore, is the official February 2005 Torex® Auctioneer. The Auction features many lots of Canadian and Newfoundland coins, banknotes, and tokens.

Torex is pleased to host the Canadian Numismatic Association Executive meeting on Saturday February 26 from 7:30am to 10:00am in the Rain Dance room. C.N.A. Executive Secretary, John Regitko, will also be manning a special C.N.A. table at Torex to promote numismatics and answer any questions relating to the association, including upcoming CNA events and membership opportunities.

A major Canadian coin certification service, I.C.C.S., (International Coin Certification Service) will have a table at the show manned by Brian Cornwell. Anyone with an interest in having their coins certified or who simply wish to get a better idea of what such a service offers, is encouraged to do so anytime during regular Torex® show hours.

Drivers will discover plenty of public parking for hundreds of cars at the hotel and in surrounding Harbourfront area.
