We are happy to report that as of Jan. 15, 2002, The Canadian Coin Reference Site provides image hosting on the Discussion. This is a great way to quickly share images of coins with other collectors. Instead of limiting oneself to text messages, collectors now have the ability to graphically display the image of the numismatic item that they are discussing.

Just remember the few basic rules: The maximum size of an image uploaded to the discussion is 250 KB. If the image is not larger than 500 x 500 pixels and 25 KB, it will be shown just below the message. Otherwise a link to the image will be added. Only GIF and JPEG images can be submitted. Submitting an image can take some time, depending on your connection speed - after clicking on Submit please wait for the confirmation page.
